Commercial Finance Manager – Business Partnering

About the role

Join a fast‑growing healthcare business as the Commercial Finance Manager, partnering directly with Operations Directors and senior leadership to influence commercial decisions and drive performance across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Own the group forecasting, budgeting and long‑term financial planning cycle.
• Build financial models, business cases and investment appraisals for new sites, acquisitions and growth projects.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify commercial risks, opportunities and performance improvements.
• Support tenders, M&A activity and present financial insight to the Board and private‑equity investors.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with several years of post‑qualification experience.
• Background in FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering, preferably with M&A or transaction services exposure.
• Strong commercial curiosity and confidence to influence senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Financial modelling and forecasting expertise.
