Commercial Finance Manager – Revenue & Growth

About the role

This position sits at the heart of a market‑leading consumer business, partnering with commercial, sales and operational leaders to drive revenue and margin performance. You will influence strategic decisions, challenge assumptions and help shape the company’s growth trajectory.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior commercial and sales stakeholders to analyse and improve revenue and margin performance.
• Support pricing, promotional and investment decisions with data‑driven insights.
• Identify opportunities to enhance profitability and commercial effectiveness.
• Deliver insightful analysis that influences strategic decision‑making.
• Evaluate commercial opportunities and business cases.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning activities.
• Present recommendations and performance insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Strong commercial finance experience in a medium or large organisation.
• Proven track record of supporting revenue‑generating functions.
• Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with confidence to challenge and influence.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities.
• Interest in how businesses drive growth and profitability.
