About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio to confidently engage prospects.
• Contact inbound leads, build relationships and nurture potential clients.
• Manage an assigned territory, visiting client sites and prospect locations regularly.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Serve as the central liaison between customers, sales, delivery, legal and product teams.
• Support existing customers with contractual changes and upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, staying composed under pressure.
• Quick learner, adaptable and comfortable with new concepts.

Required skills

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written).
