Commercial Insurance Account Executive – Solihull

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join our Solihull team. You will work with a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance products, helping clients find the right coverage while building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through face‑to‑face meetings, phone calls and video conferences.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate commercial insurance solutions.
• Conduct networking and prospecting activities to grow your personal portfolio.
• Support clients throughout the year, handling enquiries, renewals and policy adjustments.
• Collaborate with a wide range of insurance brands to offer tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar insurance role.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to identify growth opportunities.
• Ability to work collaboratively, maintain a positive outlook and adapt to change.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in a regulated environment.
