Commercial Insurance Account Handler

About the role

Join a leading independent insurance broker as a Commercial Insurance Account Handler. You will work Monday to Friday, supporting a portfolio of commercial clients, acting as their first point of contact and delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a designated client portfolio within the commercial broking office.
• Respond to client queries by phone and face‑to‑face, providing timely and accurate advice.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to understand and meet their insurance needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to source appropriate insurance solutions and quotations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the insurance industry (essential).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate confidently with clients.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and resilience to adapt to change.
• Integrity and honesty, essential for a regulated financial environment.
