Commercial Insurance Account Handler

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join a well‑established independent broker in Finchley. You will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, delivering proactive service throughout the policy lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage renewals from initiation to completion.
• Handle mid‑term adjustments and policy administration.
• Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide technical support and advice across a range of commercial insurance products.

Required profile

• Experience within a commercial insurance brokerage.
• Good knowledge of commercial insurance products.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work towards CII qualifications (advantageous).

Required skills

• Acturis (experience desirable but not essential).
