About the role
We are looking for a motivated Commercial Insurance Advisor to join our busy Liverpool office. You will work within a close‑knit team delivering a range of commercial insurance solutions to existing and prospective clients.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound client calls and emails, providing advice on commercial insurance products.
- Process mid‑term adjustments (MTAs) and support day‑to‑day policy servicing.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high‑quality client care and timely issue resolution.
- Develop knowledge of various commercial lines in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- 1–2 years’ experience in an insurance role; commercial exposure a plus.
- Confident telephone communicator with strong organisational skills.
- Eager to learn and build a long‑term career in commercial insurance.
