Commercial Insurance New Business Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Insurance New Business Executive to join a growing broker in Rawtenstall. You will be responsible for generating new commercial insurance business and expanding the broker’s client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a book of business using the company’s prospect bank.
• Network, source and convert leads into new commercial insurance contracts.
• Maintain a client‑first approach and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with the existing team to meet sales targets and support overall growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial insurance broking sales.
• Proven track record of generating new business.
• Strong technical knowledge across multiple commercial insurance product lines.
• Ability to work independently and achieve results.
