Commercial Insurance Professionals – Multiple Levels

About the role

We are partnering with several established insurance brokers across the South East of England to recruit Commercial Insurance Professionals. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing risk‑management advice and supporting both renewal and new‑business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients across multiple industries.
• Handle policy renewals, mid‑term adjustments and day‑to‑day servicing.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and cross‑sell appropriate cover.
• Advise clients on risk management solutions and appropriate insurance products.
• Negotiate terms with insurers to secure optimal outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriting partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial insurance – broking, underwriting or account handling.
• Background as an Account Handler, Account Executive, Broker or Underwriter.
• Strong knowledge of commercial products such as Combined, Property, Liability, Motor, Professional Indemnity, etc.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Acturis or a comparable insurance management system.
