About the role
Join a leading UK insurance law firm as a Commercial Insurance Solicitor, working within a highly regarded insurance litigation team. You will handle complex defendant property damage and coverage disputes while managing your own caseload, gaining exposure to high‑value litigation and major insurer clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex defendant property damage claims.
- Develop and argue insurance coverage issues in high‑value disputes.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and provide strategic advice to insurer clients.
- Maintain a proactive caseload and meet court deadlines.
Required profile
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer.
- Proven experience in handling complex defendant property damage claims.
- Strong understanding of insurance coverage law.
