Commercial Lettings Negotiator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lettings Negotiator to join a leading property consultancy in Essex. You will work across a diverse commercial portfolio, building client relationships and driving the growth of our expanding team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct commercial property viewings for prospective occupiers and purchasers.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their leasing and acquisition needs.
• Negotiate lease terms, acquisitions, disposals and other commercial transactions.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and proactive development.
• Prepare property particulars, marketing materials and online listings.
• Manage enquiries via telephone, email and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider consultancy to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• RICS qualified or holding an equivalent professional qualification.
• Previous experience within a commercial property agency.
• Strong understanding of the commercial property market, preferably in Essex.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Professional, proactive and commercially minded approach.
• Full UK driving licence.
