Commercial Lettings Relationship Manager – North West

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Lettings Relationship Manager for the North‑West region. The position blends relationship management with business development, with time split between visiting sites across the region and working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of service to existing and prospective clients, handling enquiries, proposals and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Show properties, conduct fact‑finding and discuss new opportunities to generate additional business.
• Retain customers and maximise revenue by selling additional services or products.
• Drive new sales opportunities and meet targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records, generate reports and forecast future sales.
• Travel across the North‑West region as required.

Required profile

• Proven lettings sales experience with a commercial mindset.
• Strong negotiator able to make fact‑based decisions.
• Track record of hitting targets, forecasting sales and generating new business.
• Experience managing customer relationships in the property sector (commercial or residential).
• Valid UK driving licence.

• Proficiency with MS Outlook.
• Proficiency with MS Word.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.
