About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing dispute resolution team in Cheltenham. The role offers a commercial‑focused lawyer the chance to manage a diverse caseload and build strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Run a varied caseload of litigation matters from instruction through to resolution.
• Provide clear, practical advice to individuals, businesses, trusts and charitable organisations.
• Prepare legal documents such as statements of case, witness statements and correspondence.
• Work closely with counsel and external parties.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations and settlement negotiations.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor with around 5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Solid grounding in litigation with strong technical ability.
• Confident communicator with a client‑focused approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
