Commercial Maintenance Plumber – London

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join an established M&E specialist in London. You will be responsible for keeping plumbing systems in commercial properties operating smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspections, maintenance and repairs of commercial plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve leaks, blockages and system malfunctions.
• Install, repair and maintain pipes, fixtures and related equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other maintenance professionals and external contractors on complex issues.
• Provide advice to clients on system upgrades and improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used and time spent.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a plumber in a commercial or industrial environment.
• Relevant plumbing qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
