Commercial Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function of an award‑winning home‑care agency in Oxfordshire. Reporting to the owner, you will own the financial performance, drive growth initiatives and manage the office and care teams.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership – monitor revenue streams, control costs and ensure profitability.
• Lead and develop the office staff and wider care workforce.
• Design and execute marketing and business‑development programmes including website optimisation, SEO, Google Ads and referral partnerships.
• Collaborate with external marketing and content suppliers to build on existing momentum.
• Apply pragmatic management to day‑to‑day operational challenges of a growing service.

Required profile

• Background in accounting or finance with experience in a commercial or business‑development role.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into strategic actions.
• Leadership experience managing teams in a fast‑moving environment.
