About the role
We are looking for a Commercial Manager to lead the Ladieswear department in our York store on a fixed‑term basis, driving sales and ensuring a high‑standard customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze commercial data and implement actions to improve store sales.
- Oversee training and development of the commercial team.
- Take responsibility for visual and commercial aspects of the store.
- Act as ambassador for the company’s sustainability projects.
Required profile
- Proven commercial acumen with a track record in sales.
- People management experience.
- Strong understanding of customer service.
