Commercial Mortgage Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Commercial Mortgage Administrator to join an award‑winning financial services firm in London. The role involves managing complex commercial, bridging and development finance mortgage cases from application through to completion, supporting both clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end case management of commercial mortgage applications.
• Prepare and submit mortgage packages to lenders and providers.
• Handle complex bridging and development finance cases.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, lenders, solicitors and estate agents.
• Proactively chase lenders, underwriters and third‑party parties.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance documentation and regulatory requirements are met.
• Track fees, commissions and payments throughout the process.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Commercial Mortgage Administrator.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex commercial mortgage, bridging and development finance cases.
• CeMAP qualification (highly desired).
• Strong knowledge of FCA compliance, KYC and AML processes.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
