About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Partnerships Associate to join a fast‑growing mission‑driven organisation in London. The role offers immediate responsibility, allowing you to contribute to the company’s growth from day one while developing a professional network in the partnership space.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective organisations and partnership opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and other written communications for senior stakeholders.
• Support partnership projects from initial conversation through to delivery, coordinating meetings and follow‑ups.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and internal teams.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and support commercial initiatives across the business.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 1‑3 years of professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
• Motivated to work in a fast‑paced environment and make a tangible impact.
