Commercial Partnerships Manager

About the role

The Commercial Partnerships Manager will drive revenue across a leading media and e‑commerce portfolio serving the global drinks industry. Working in a hybrid London‑based role, you will create and sell integrated marketing solutions that combine print, digital, newsletters, social media, events, awards and an e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Generate commercial revenue by selling integrated campaigns across print, digital, social, newsletters, events, awards and online retail.
• Promote premium product listings and brand partnerships on the e‑commerce platform, leveraging editorial‑led commerce opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities, grow existing accounts and deliver bespoke campaigns that increase brand visibility and direct‑to‑consumer sales.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with distillers, brand owners, importers, distributors, agencies and industry suppliers.
• Prepare tailored commercial proposals, negotiate advertising contracts and partnership agreements.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software and meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Represent the business at trade exhibitions, conferences, awards and networking events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in media sales, commercial partnerships or the drinks industry.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to develop and nurture relationships with senior brand and agency stakeholders.
