Commercial Performance Executive

About the role

Join HC-One’s Commercial & Growth Directorate as a Commercial Performance Executive. Based in our Darlington support office, you will work full‑time to help drive commercial success across a national care organisation, improving occupancy and strengthening commercial capability in our homes.

Key responsibilities

• Turn commercial data into actionable insight and maintain performance dashboards.
• Coordinate commercial initiatives, ensuring tools, reporting and processes support occupancy growth.
• Monitor performance trends, identify opportunities and support commercial planning across the Group.
• Embed the Sales Excellence Framework by coordinating training, maintaining resources and guiding Home Managers on enquiry management and admissions.
• Support marketing campaigns, commercial events and referral activity.
• Prepare business cases, presentations and performance reports, acting as a central liaison between commercial, operational and support teams.

Required profile

• Highly organised with a natural curiosity for data.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into meaningful insight.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
