Commercial Plumber & Multi‑Skilled Engineer (Mechanical)

About the role

This temporary contract position in Watford is ideal for a commercial plumber who can also take on a range of general maintenance tasks. You will lead plumbing activities while supporting broader facility upkeep in a commercial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out commercial pipework repairs, leak fixes, tap and sanitary replacements.
• Perform minor drainage works and reactive plumbing maintenance, including fault‑finding and urgent repairs.
• Undertake general fabric works such as doors, locks and other minor building repairs.
• Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and routine upkeep tasks.

Required profile

• Strong experience in commercial plumbing, preferably within a similar setting.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Multi‑skilled mindset with willingness to assist in other maintenance areas.
• Immediate availability is highly desirable.
