Commercial Plumber – Poole Project

About the role
We are seeking an experienced commercial plumber to join a three‑month project in Poole. The role is full‑time on‑site, offering a competitive daily rate and the opportunity to work on a high‑profile commercial building.
Key responsibilities
- Install copper press‑fit pipework up to 54 mm diameter.
- Carry out second‑fix installation of sanitary ware throughout the building.
- Adhere to project schedules, working 8.5 hours per day while being paid for 9.5 hours.
- Comply with health and safety standards and site regulations.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS or JIB card relevant to plumbing, pipefitting or heating & ventilation.
- Ability to work on a commercial site for the full three‑month duration.
- Flexibility to operate under CIS, LTD or UMB arrangements, or PAYE at £19.50 per hour.
Required skills
- Copper pressfit pipework installation (up to 54 mm).
- Second‑fix sanitary ware fitting.
What we offer
- Daily rate of £256.50 (range £235‑£256.50) on a CIS/LTD/UMB basis.
- Alternative PAYE rate of £19.50 per hour.
