Commercial Pricing Analyst

About the role

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a global supplier in Kent to hire a Commercial Pricing Analyst. You will act as a strategic partner to the Finance and Sales Directors, turning complex market data into pricing strategies that protect margins and drive growth across a B2B cable product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Analyse pricing data, customer behaviour and margin performance to recommend adjustments.
• Support bid and tender pricing, conduct margin analysis and evaluate contract profitability.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends in the UK cable sector.
• Provide data‑driven insights to commercial and sales teams and build dashboards using Excel, SQL, HubSpot and visualisation tools.
• Track KPIs, report performance to leadership and support forecasting and business planning.
• Identify commercial optimisation opportunities and drive continuous improvement of pricing processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in commercial pricing, revenue management or related finance roles, preferably in distribution, manufacturing or utilities.
• Proven ability to analyse financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity.
