Commercial Project Manager – Luxury Construction

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's most established specialist contractors, working on high‑end residential, royal estates and landmark commercial projects across London and the South East.

Key responsibilities

• Manage specialist plastering and decorating projects from pre‑start through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and maintain client communication.
• Oversee variations, budgets and the financial aspects of each project.
• Work closely with design and manufacturing teams to ensure the highest standards.
• Split time evenly between the office in Sutton and various site locations.

Required profile

• Commercial Manager or commercially‑minded Project Manager with experience on high‑value residential or commercial projects.
• Strong organisational abilities and confidence managing variations and budgets.
• Ability to commute to Sutton and travel to sites across the region.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
