Commercial Property Conveyancer

About the role

An established legal practice near High Wycombe is looking for a Commercial Property Conveyancer to join their team. This full‑time, office‑based position allows you to manage a varied portfolio of commercial property transactions independently, from initial instruction through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial property conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements related to property transactions.
• Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure deadlines are met.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate or an experienced conveyancing paralegal.
• At least one year of post‑qualification experience or equivalent in residential and commercial conveyancing.
• Strong understanding of property law, conveyancing procedures, and relevant legal requirements.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively and work independently.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
