Commercial Property Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of industrial, retail and office assets. The role is office‑based in Harlow with occasional flexibility to work from home, reporting to the Head of Property Management.

Key responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day management of a commercial property portfolio, including rent collection, arrears monitoring and service charge administration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors and professional advisors.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance, repairs and minor works projects.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory and RICS requirements.
• Administer leases, renewals and tenancy documentation, and keep accurate property records.
• Prepare client reports, service charge budgets and other management information.
• Work closely with finance teams on property accounts, year‑end reconciliations and expenditure monitoring.
• Maintain property data in Qube software and support lettings, disposals and asset‑management activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of commercial property management experience.
• Proven knowledge of tenant management, lease administration, compliance and financial management.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience managing industrial, retail or office assets.
• Full UK driving licence; own vehicle desirable.
