Commercial Property Manager

About the role

Our client, a well‑established privately owned commercial property investment and development firm with over 60 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager. Working closely with the Asset Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of a commercial property portfolio in South West London.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the commercial property portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, contractors and suppliers.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets.
• Monitor expenditure and vacant property business rates.
• Administer leases and support tenant fit‑outs.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations.
• Maintain accurate property and compliance records.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing commercial property.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with great attention to detail.
