Commercial Property Manager – Lead Growing Division

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional to take ownership of an established and growing commercial division within a successful property business. You will manage the current portfolio, improve department profitability and actively grow the client base.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for day‑to‑day management of the existing commercial portfolio.
• Maintain landlord and tenant relationships and oversee maintenance, repairs and contractor management.
• Conduct property inspections, ensure compliance with commercial legislation and manage lease‑related matters.
• Identify process improvements, increase income and reduce inefficiencies to drive profitability.
• Generate new business by winning landlords and commercial management instructions.
• Collaborate with marketing, lettings and new‑business teams to expand the department.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial property management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial legislation, compliance and landlord/tenant relations.
• Commercially minded with a proven ability to drive profitability.
• Confident, self‑motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

What we offer

• Basic salary £45,000‑£50,000 per year.
