Commercial Property Paralegal

About the role

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a leading London law firm on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work within a busy Commercial Real Estate team, supporting a broad range of property matters and gaining exposure to high‑value transactions and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist fee earners with commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence.
• Carry out property searches and review title documentation.
• Manage completions, registrations and post‑completion matters.
• Prepare reports and transaction documents.
• Liaise with clients, agents, solicitors and other third parties.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage files.
• Support the wider team with administrative and transactional tasks.
• Contribute to the efficient progression of matters from instruction through to completion.

Required profile

• Previous paralegal experience within a property or real estate team.
• Commercial real estate experience, ideally from a City or well‑regarded law firm.
• Strong technical understanding of real estate transactions and property procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, team‑oriented approach.
• Full UK working rights.
• Availability to start within one month’s notice or less preferred.
