Commercial Property Partner – Birmingham

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Birmingham office as a Partner. The successful candidate will lead high‑value property transactions, work closely with a diverse client base and help drive the growth of our Real Estate practice.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, landlord‑tenant matters and investment transactions.
• Manage development projects and portfolio management for corporate, public‑sector and private clients.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to generate new business.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the firm’s strategic development in the Midlands.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a strong reputation in commercial property law within the Midlands.
• Proven track record of winning and expanding work, either through an existing client book or business‑development success.
• Ambition to take a partnership role and shape the future of the Birmingham office.

Required skills

• Expertise in commercial property law, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development.
• Strong analytical and drafting abilities for complex transactions.
• Understanding of financing structures and regulatory frameworks affecting property deals.
