About the role
We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 1 year of post‑qualification experience (PQE) to join a well‑recognised law firm in Bishop's Stortford. You will manage a mixed and varied real‑estate caseload, providing specialist advice across a range of commercial property matters.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on buying and selling commercial property.
- Handle property development transactions and sales & purchase agreements.
- Provide landlord and tenant counsel for commercial leases.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of real‑estate matters, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 PQE in commercial property or real‑estate law.
- Proven ability to manage a mixed and varied caseload.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
