Commercial Property Solicitor – 2+ PQE (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience to join our expanding property team in Bedfordshire. Key responsibilities

• Advise developers, investors, landlords, lenders and businesses on a wide range of commercial property matters.
• Handle acquisitions, disposals, land and development transactions, mixed‑use projects and auction sales.
• Manage secured lending, refinancing, bridging finance and landlord‑tenant matters including leases, renewals, licences and surrenders.
• Oversee property transactions involving pension schemes, equity transfers and Land Registry filings.

Required profile

• 2+ years PQE in commercial property law.
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of property transactions.
• Excellent client‑facing and relationship‑building skills.
• Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
