Commercial Property Solicitor – 2+ years PQE

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least two years post‑qualification experience to join our growing team in Greater Manchester. You will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions, providing high‑quality legal advice to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales, acquisitions, and disposals of commercial properties, land and related assets.
• Conduct due‑diligence, draft and negotiate contracts, and manage transactional documentation.
• Develop and maintain a network of referrers to support the department’s growth objectives.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless, client‑focused service.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years PQE with a proven track record in commercial property transactions.
• Exceptional communication, attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Proactive approach to building client relationships and generating new business.
