Commercial Property Solicitor – 5+ PQE – Manchester

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a respected regional firm in Greater Manchester. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of development and real‑estate matters, providing commercially‑focused advice to an established client base.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on site acquisitions, plot sales and infrastructure agreements.
• Draft and negotiate conditional contracts, option agreements and commercial landlord‑tenant arrangements.
• Handle acquisitions and disposals of businesses and property finance transactions, including bank financing.
• Develop and maintain client relationships while contributing to the growth of the commercial property department.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law.
• Proven technical expertise across development, acquisitions/disposals, landlord‑tenant and finance work.
• Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
• Ambitious, commercially aware and committed to delivering high‑quality client service.
