Commercial Property Solicitor (Associate)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Bristol office on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will have at least two years of post‑qualification experience and will step up to an Associate level within a top‑10 UK law firm, handling a broad portfolio of commercial property matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Handle acquisitions and disposals, landlord‑tenant matters, asset management and telecommunications transactions.
• Act for a diverse client base including landlords, tenants, investors and lenders.
• Develop and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with the wider Property team and support junior colleagues.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of two years post‑qualification experience in commercial property.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions and client relationships.
• Motivation to progress to an Associate role within a collaborative, ambitious team.
