About the role
We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience to join a well‑established firm serving Suffolk and Essex. The role offers flexible working, a clear progression path to partnership, and a supportive environment focused on quality and personal service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all types of conveyancing matters from inception through post‑completion.
- Supervise junior fee earners and ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.
- Maintain high quality standards across all work.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior staff members.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years PQE in Commercial Property law.
- Ambition to progress to associate or partner level.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality client service.
