Commercial Property Solicitor – Associate/Senior Associate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Basingstoke office on a hybrid basis. The position is offered at Associate or Senior Associate level, providing the opportunity to handle a broad range of high‑net‑worth commercial property matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise landlords and tenants on lease negotiations, renewals and disputes.
• Manage acquisitions, disposals and development agreements for commercial properties.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and related documentation.
• Provide legal support to high‑net‑worth clients across a variety of property transactions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow the practice.
• Contribute to business development activities to attract new clients.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years post‑qualification experience in commercial property law.
• Proven experience handling high‑net‑worth client matters.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ambitious mindset with a desire for clear career progression.
