About the role
We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our friendly Bristol team. The role offers high‑quality commercial property work, a varied client base and the chance to develop your career within a supportive department.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and landlord‑tenant matters.
- Advise clients on secured lending transactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to business development and networking activities.
Required profile
- At least 2 years post‑qualification experience as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx).
- Experience across a broad range of commercial property work.
- Strong commercial awareness and a practical problem‑solving approach.
Required skills
- FCILEx qualification (or equivalent Solicitor qualification).
