Commercial Property Solicitor – Chepstow

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join a progressive law firm in Chepstow. The role offers significant autonomy, direct client contact and the chance to work on a variety of commercial property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sale and purchase transactions of commercial properties.
• Manage leases, renewals, searches and enquiries.
• Prepare detailed transaction reports and oversee exchanges and completions.
• Collaborate with a property assistant on administrative tasks such as file opening and client correspondence.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience in commercial property.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a substantial workload.
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills.

Required skills

• Strong organisational abilities.
• Proficiency with standard IT tools used in legal practice.
