Commercial Property Solicitor – Exeter

About the role
Join a high‑performing real‑estate department in Exeter, advising on a wide range of commercial property matters. You will work with established client relationships and support the team’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advice on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, telecoms and asset management work.
- Advise investors, lenders, landlords and tenants throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Lead transactions from inception through to completion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Deliver commercial property services that do not involve development work.
Required profile
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
- Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
