Commercial Property Solicitor – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Legal 500‑ranked team. The role is full‑time and based in Chichester (or Worthing) and offers a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of commercial property law, from transactions to disputes.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Take detailed instructions and act on them efficiently.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
• Interact professionally with public bodies, official agencies and owner‑managed businesses.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency under pressure.

Required profile

• At least 1 year post‑qualification experience in commercial property law.
• Strong knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules, the SRA Handbook and Outcome Focused Regulations.
• Excellent IT and communication abilities.
• Ability to absorb information quickly from various sources.
• Exceptional attention to detail and self‑motivation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SRA regulatory framework.
• Proficiency with standard IT tools.
