Commercial Property Solicitor – Full‑time, Chepstow

About the role

This is a full‑time position with a progressive law firm based in Chepstow, South Wales. The successful candidate will join a commercial‑focused property team, working directly with clients on a variety of transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the sale and purchase of commercial properties.
• Manage leases, renewals, searches and enquiries.
• Prepare detailed reports on property transactions.
• Conduct exchanges and completions efficiently.
• Collaborate with a property assistant on administrative tasks such as file opening and client liaison.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience in commercial property work.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a significant workload.
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
