Commercial Property Solicitor – Hybrid (Exeter)

About the role
Join a reputable Legal 500 firm in Exeter and work on a diverse commercial property portfolio. The position offers a competitive salary, hybrid working and a clear pathway for career progression.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases and leases.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients across public and private sectors.
- Serve a varied client base that includes banks, developers and landowners.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience in commercial property.
- Experience of managing or mentoring junior colleagues is advantageous but not essential.
