Commercial Property Solicitor

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is expanding its commercial property team in Gloucester. The successful candidate will join a busy department handling a broad range of commercial property matters, from acquisitions to lease negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Act on acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties and businesses.
• Advise clients on commercial leases, renewals, assignments and other landlord‑tenant issues.
• Manage a varied caseload with autonomy and direct client contact from day one.
• Support the growth of the team by developing client relationships.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive.
• Minimum of 3 years’ post‑qualification experience in commercial property.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law and excellent client‑care skills.
• Motivated to contribute to the team’s development and success.

Required skills

• Expertise in commercial property transactions and lease matters.
• Ability to manage cases independently while maintaining high service standards.
