Commercial Property Solicitor

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our established practice in North London. The successful candidate will work on a variety of commercial property transactions across the London area, providing expert legal advice to clients in the retail, hospitality and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft leases, licences and sale agreements for shops, restaurants and industrial units.
• Conduct due‑diligence investigations and advise on title, planning and regulatory matters.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, surveyors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction progress.
• Manage post‑completion matters, including rent reviews and dispute resolution.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with solid experience in commercial property law.
• Established practice in North London or the wider London region.
• Proven track record of handling retail, hospitality and industrial property deals.
