About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded team in Wiltshire. You will manage a diverse caseload for both commercial and private clients, delivering practical, commercially‑focused legal advice.

Key responsibilities

Handle commercial landlord and tenant matters.
Manage acquisitions, disposals and property development transactions.
Provide clear, commercially‑oriented advice to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Contribute to the firm’s strategic growth and business development.

Required profile

2–5 years post‑qualification experience in Commercial Property.
Strong technical knowledge of property law and excellent drafting ability.
Passion for commercial property work and a client‑service mindset.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Proactive, collaborative approach.
