About the role

A leading Kent law firm is seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Tonbridge. The role offers the chance to work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters for developers, investors and businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters, secured lending and development projects.
• Collaborate closely with senior lawyers and key clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial real estate transactions.
• Client‑focused, commercially aware approach with excellent communication and organisational skills.
