About the role

An excellent opportunity to join a leading UK commercial law firm in Leeds, working on high‑profile commercial property matters for national corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advising on a broad range of commercial property transactions.
• Handling development, investment and corporate occupier work.
• Acting for large corporate and institutional clients across the UK.
• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial property documentation.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaborating with colleagues across specialist practice areas.
• Providing commercially focused legal advice on complex matters.
• Supporting business development initiatives and client growth.
• Mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate.

Required profile

• Solicitor with ideally 6 years' PQE or above.
• Experienced in commercial property law, including development and investment work.
• Confident advising corporate occupier clients.
• Technically strong with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercially aware with a client‑focused approach.
• Able to manage a varied caseload independently.

What we offer

• Salary ranging from £80,000 to £90,000 per annum.
