Commercial Property Solicitor – Swindon

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Swindon office. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters while collaborating with senior colleagues on larger transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of sales and acquisitions, refinancing, commercial leases, development and land transactions.
• Handle rural diversification projects and pension property transactions.
• Support colleagues on complex or high‑value deals as required.
• Provide practical, commercially‑focused legal advice to a varied client base.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) as a solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
• Practical, commercial approach to delivering legal advice.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
