Commercial & Residential Property Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Commercial and Residential Property Lawyer to join our expanding property team. The role offers a mix of remote, hybrid and office‑based work across our South West England locations, supporting both residential conveyancing and commercial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a variety of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
• Assist commercial property investors and developers with purchases and related legal work.
• Provide advice and documentation for lease extensions and lease enfranchisement.
• Maintain high standards of client care and communication throughout each case.
• Manage billing and meet revenue targets for the property team.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor, FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Minimum three years’ experience in commercial property law.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and client‑service skills.
• Proven track record of consistent billing.

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £45,000 and £65,000 per year.
